If your ISP doesn't offer a free web space, you can procure an affordable web space from a commercial web hosting provider.  You will also need to register a domain name  i.e.  yourname.com *annual fees apply*.   Your domain name is the URL people will use to find your website.  So you should pick a good one.

Your hosting provider will send you the FTP log-in credentials to your web server.  Enter that information into DW so you can upload files and assets to the server.

Have a look at Publish and manage websites |.

Your ISP, the people that supply your internet connection, usually have a web space available for you to use free of charge. Get in touch with them for more info.
