I will install an Joomla extension to Macromedia Dreamweaver 8, so I after that can install Joomla to Dreamweaver, and use it to edit and change design in my web page.
How do I do that??

It's actually quite simple, you double-click the extension, and Extension
Manager (EM) will open and install it.
Are you getting error messages (Extension package corrupt or something like
that) after choosing to open the extension file that's being downloaded,
then please save the extension first, then double-click it.
