How to keep tab chars when indent multiple lines?

Dreamweaver 2017+ has many inconveniences in comparison with 2015 version. Lot of them I solved but still have some problem:

When I try to indent multiple lines then every empty line (with tab or space chars) become really empty. How can I disable that?

1) Look, there is the tab char

2) Select multiple text lines

3) Press Tab button

4) Tab char is lost
