How to request a new feature

I currently use Dreamweaver 2019 on a iMac 27"and have a recommendation but do not know where to request it.  I have a vision problem problem and others may have a 

similar situation.

When working on a webpage, the slide bar is very dark ab=nd being visually impaired, this is difficult to see.  I would recommend

    I'm also visually challenged.  So I use a dark interface and high contrast code theme.  The slider contrast works for me.   See screenshot.

    Thanks for the recommendation.  When reviewing the ideas, there is already a request that is exactly what I am looking for.  I subscribed and waiting to see what happens.

    Have you tried any other App and Code Theme combinations under Edit > Preferences > Interface?

    There are 4 brightness levels for the Application Windows and Toolbars that are separate from multiple variations (with more online) for the Code View interface.
