HTML Fonts defaulting when preview is converted to PDF

When I convert my HTML preview to a PDF, then make that PDF editable and select the fonts they are Defaulting and arent registering. Is there any work arounf this or a explenation?

If you're creating fillable forms, use Acrobat Pro instead of Dreamweaver.   See below for more details.
