Hyperlink a spry validation select?

I'm currently having trouble adding a hyperlink to one of the options in the spry validation select. I'd like to be able to get the menu and have a different hyperlink for each selection. I was able to do this last year but now I have no idea what's going on. So if anyone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated.

    Which version of DW?

    Spry has been gone since 2013 when Adobe abandoned it.  The spry scripts have not been updated in 10+ years.

    Are you sure you weren't just using the Jump menu Behavior on a normal <select> tag?

    In CC 2015...

    1. Click where you want the menu to appear in Design View

    2. Click Insert > Form > Select
    3. Click the select field in Design View (you will see a dotted black outline, if you see any other color, switch to Design View)
    4. Click the + in the Behaviors window (Shift + F4 if it's not open)
    5. Choose Jump Menu from the context menu that comes up
    6. Add menu item names and addresses in the dialogue window and hit OK
