I am new to dreamweaver. How do I centralise a heading and image?

I am new to dreamweaver, although I have a website I created it in word. I have since been told tu use only dreamweaver to upload my files. Can you point me in the right direction, Thanks.

    There are a number of ways to centre align elements, all using CSS properties.

    and none of these are the responsibility of Dreamweaver; they are what you should know when using Dreamweaver.
