As mentioned, I can't find the spry panel in CS4. How do I get it?

    Spry never made it past the Pre-release stage in 2006 and was discontinued by Adobe in 2012. If you want to know more, have a look here GitHub - adobe/Spry: Spry is a JavaScript-based framework that enables the rapid development of Ajax-powered web pages.

    I suggest that you use a more modern JavaScript framework like https://jquery.com/

    Just say NO to Spry.  You'll be a better coder if you learn CSS and jQuery (or MooTools, tho jQuery is more popular, I think.)  Or, at least something like Bootstrap.  ANYthing besides Spry.  Honestly.

    Spry is dead.  Adobe abandoned Spry and shut down the Widget Browser site a long time ago.
