I cannot get my properties panel to appear no matter what I attempt to do. (Ctrl f3 etc.) In the Window dropdown menu it is checked, but not visible. Has anybody had this issue before?

Thanks for the quick response.  I played around with it and while moving the minimized application around I noticed a little edge of another window barely noticeable in the bottom right of my screen.  It seems somehow the panel got undocked and was almost completely off the screen!  Grabbed the little artifact and pulled it into view and Voila it was the lost panel.
