i cant install html5 data binding because the adobe program (dreamweaver cc (2015) is not compatibel. But i installed the latest version so how can i fix this problem

Extension Manager is no longer available to install Add Ons and Extensions for Adobe applications  and third party extensions

I think this extension is from DMX zone, they do have their own extension installer for Dreamweaver CC 2015 now.

But if they are not replying you then you may use the manual process to install the third party extensions in Dreamweaver.
