I have lost my Advanced CSS Menu Add-on

Hello

I have installed the latest Dreamweaver CC 2017 with Mac OS 10.12.6 and I have now lost my Advanced CSS Menu Add-on. I have followed all of the Troubleshooting guides as to how to install my add-on and everything seems correct - the CC Activity Stream says that it is installed - but when I look for it in the Insert/ menu it is not there. Can anyone help?

Thanks

Your best course of action is to contact the creators of the extension, as unless someone on the forum has also purchased the extension no one will be able to help you.

I have the same problem.  Were you ever able to resolve it please?  and Thanks!

If you upgraded to 2018, did you find out from the extension developer if it's compatible with CC 2018?

And if yes, did you install it in 2018?

Thank you Nancy.  I have not done the update to 2018.  It shows as installed in the CC App, but it doesn't show up in Dreamweaver.

Also, this website shows it compatible:  https://exchange.adobe.com/addons/products/2012#.Whzo9rpFyXI
