I need help developing a commercial and retail business in Dreamweaver

Looking for advice on how to create a stand a lone business web site that can be moved with Dreamweaver. The site must have commercial and retail capabilities and must be able to be moved say from domain server like GoDaddy to Google. <<<For example.
