i need help, i'm new with dreamweaver

hi, i got a problem, its probably basic to you all.

i try to make a pop up window when someone is cliking on the "read more"
just a lil window that open qith the rest of the text that was suppose to be there.

like i was saying i'm bran new working with dreamweaver so be kind LOL
