Can't insert any components. Error box says I'm using a version < 3. It then lets me update to bootstrap v 3.7, but still get the same error message.

    Try Restore Preferences.

I would suggest doing a clean install after uninstalling using Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

    Thanks,

Which version of Bootstrap are you using?

Can you show us a link to your online page?

    Nancy,

Here's a link to the page.

    bootstraptest6.terragrafx.com

On some of my test sites I get bootstrap components to insert, but sometimes when I create a new site it won't let me insert bootstrap components  on a new html page. I'm OK myself because I have a site I can work from, I don't see why sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't though.

NEW-> HTML->BOOTSTRAP CREATE NEW , I get the following , which won't let me insert bootstrap components

After the error dialog box I get bootstrap-3.3.7 , but it still won't let me insert components

Are you working within a newly defined local site folder?
