    Correct answer Jon Fritz

I'd personally never pay anything for software that was nearly 10 years old, however there is a small niche market of people out there looking for the older software because the newer versions are either beyond their capacity to learn, or they view the newer versions as having taken such a hard left, in the way of features, that they're no longer interested in using them.

If you can get your software in front of those people, you could get a few $$ for it. I wouldn't expect much more than maybe $100 or so in that situation though.

The disks and packaging could be re-purposed for craft projects.

Other than that, I don't see much value in it.

Read the Adobe EULA and transfer policy very carefully.   You cannot legally sell Academic, Volume License or OEM software.

eBay has developed a bad reputation as a vehicle for pirates to sell bogus & malware infected software.  These forums are filled with complaints from people who got taken on eBay. That & the fact that CS5 is no longer supported or updated & not certified to run on modern operating systems makes it a risky purchase at best.

    Good luck!

    Slightly more than '0'.

No support for html 5, modern css, javascript. No media-queries, @support or anything else required for rwd. It may not even work on modern OS's, so anyone buying it would be taking a risk, and don't forget you should also inform Adobe and fill in the required forms for transfering ownership.

You asked what it is worth, not if some unknowing fool will buy it.
