image missing in mobile

Hi All. I have an image that goes under the navbar and is reponsive but when it gets to a mobile size the image completely disappears. I know we talked about some of this before. I just don't understand this issue very well. Any input? Thanks

It looks like you've got at least one whole document nested inside another whole document resulting in a total mess. I'm assuming this is a botched job with server-side includes. Unfortunately, this will never work until you resolve the code errors. See link below for details.

A server-side include is not a whole document. It's a code fragment only.

The parent document that holds the include statement is your only whole document.
