Images and ALT Attributes [was: Dreamweaver cc]

      <img src="images/Banner/11.jpg" />

for this I am getting a red error showing,

an alt attribute must be present in <img>elements.

Can anyone help how to fix this?

    ALT is for accessibility.  In the event your image doesn't load, ALT  attributes appear in the browser letting users know what the missing image is supposed to be.   For the visually impaired, ALt is read aloud by screen readers.
