Impossible to install / run dreamweaver

Hi,

I have a big problem. I need to use dreamweaver and I have a problem. The installation is going well but when launching, I have this message:

Unable to load translated resource files

So it is impossible for me to launch it.

I have tried many solutions but it is impossible to find one that works.

I’m on :
Mac OS Ventura
MacBook Pro 2017
Dreamweaver 21.3
