Inconsistent Live Preview

I'm running DW 19.2.1 build 11281 on Win 10.

 

I have found that when I click File\Real-time Preview (Chrome) I have at best inconsistent opening of the "Real-time" browser. Many times I get an error, sometimes just a blank page. This is all occurring while the HTML content is displayed (and functions correctly) in DW Live. Even if I Save All first, I may end up with an error. Most of the time closing DW and reopening fixes the issue, but not always.

 

Any fix for this?

It has always been hit & miss.  My fix is to disable Real-time Preview in Preferences.  Static Preview in Browser works better with my local testing server.
