Insert Record Form

Hello,

I am using Dreamweaver MX 2004 and am creating an insert record form that has several pulldown menus that dynaically get their data from a recordset (linking to choices stored in a table). Now I am trying to use the recordset for more than one pull down menue in the table but the only one that it seems to work for is the firts one I assign it to. Is there away around this? Do I have to create an individual recordset for each pulldown menu in my inert form?
