Insert Record with upload Image directly to hosting

Question

Hi everybody!
I use PHP by Dreamweaver (drap and drop as Dreamweaver Help
tutorial)

But about Insert Record, I want to create Insert Record page
with upload Image directly to hosting.
That mean click [Browse], choose file => file upload
directly to hosting.
I don't want to upload image by FTP before and type the link
to text form on insert page.

Can you know the way to do it? or any extension to do it.

There are a couple of extensionsthat will even let you create thumbnails...If you purchase this, you will probably have it running inabout 15 minutes. It's fairly easy. It's just saved me so much time byavoiding all the development time needed to get this to work. Think ofit as a gift to yourself.
