Insert toolbar in Dreamweaver 2017

Question

I've been trying to find out how to add my Insert toolbar in the 2017 version (instead of having it just as a menu item). I saw in another post that someone used the Dreamweaver CC: Restore the Classic Insert Bar tutorial  and it worked for them but I can't seem to get it to work for me. Am I missing something?

All you should need to do is...1. Open the Insert panel under Window > Insert2. Click and drag the named tab of the insert panel up to the top of the application frame until it ghosts itself and a horizontal highlight appears as shown here...3. Release the tab and the insert panel will turn into a toolbar as shown here...

The tutorial is generic and has nothing to do with buying an extension. It is simply a more detailed version of what John Fitz suggested in his reply to you. The method does work, so it could simply be a matter of hand-eye coordination. Try again and if you still cannot get it to work, please post back and someone should be able to help you.
