inserting an internet url in a form to be automatically active on asp page

Hi,
I'm building an asp site that will be updated from an office.
I want the person responsible to fill a form with a link to an internet address. The form sends the address to an Access database. Then this address gets recalled on the asp page.
There it appears and visitors can click on it to visit a page external to the site.
This page is not known in advance, the employee would be the first person to specify its address.
