installed extentions not showing up

I've installed two extensions and niether one is showing up.  I get "No extentiosn available"

Hi @artoswald,

 

  1. Which operating system do you have?
  2. Which version of DW?
  3. Are the extensions compatible with your version of DW?
  4. Where did you obtain the extensions?
  5. Which Extension Manager did you use?
  6. After installing, did you restart DW?
