InstanceParam Dialog Box or menu

Good evening, everyone,

I usually use templates and their various functions directly in the code.

but, today, I need an external way to accomplish some tasks, so, in Dreamweaver CS6, from the Modify menu, we had access to the model properties, do you know where this menu is located now in the latest CC version?
