I have been using DW CS6 for about 5 years to maintain a club website. I bought the product the product through e-bay (I think) from a company called Isoftware in March 2014. I have a very authentic looking License.

Recently, when opening DW, I get a window appear telling me that my software is not valid and that, if I don't do something about it, the software may stop working.

I have not been able to find a way to contact Adobe to sort the problem out.

Can anyone give me a UK phone number so that I can get the problem sorted please?

Derek

I have a very authentic looking License.

Sometimes the fakes looked better than the real ones did .   That's one reason Adobe switched  from disk software to the Creative Cloud distribution model.

iSoftware UK is the bad actor here,  not Adobe   Inasmuch as you purchased your product from iSoftware UK who are infamous for fraudulently selling volume licenses to individuals, your only recourse is with them.   Legacy Creative Suite is no longer made, sold or supported by Adobe so they cannot help you.

In case you're interested, here is more info on iSoftware & how they operated their scam.

You're likely the victim of volume license fraud.

Basically, scammers will buy a volume license from Adobe, then resell seats to third parties at steep discounts (to get as many victims as possible in a short amount of time). When Adobe discovers the fraud, they deactivate the volume license. Unfortunately, if the fraudsters were good at their job, deactivation can affect a lot of innocent third parties.

This page has some info on it and, and I think gives a region-specific phone number:
