Is there some applications to help CSS integration or HTML integration of web and to upgrade productivity?

I think it can be a good idea because of explosion of blogs on Internet.

I create my own themes now and I didn't know that dw CS5 did it. Good idea !!!

Is dw CS 5 use some specific themes or is it for all themes?

Dreamweaver CS5 supports all themes. You can even build your own themes using Dreamweaver. If you set up Site-Specific Code Hints for your WordPress site, CS5 gives you code hints for all WordPress custom functions, such as bloginfo().
