Ideally one run by Adobe? But, whatever.

What kind of Template are you looking for?

  • DWT files are a proprietary template system that only works in Dreamweaver.  Templates are used to spawn child pages for your site.

  • WordPress Templates only work in WordPress sites.

  • All other templates are just code, layout and possibly a few stock images.
  • The best templates are generally the ones you create yourself for your specific requirements.  DW has several built-in layouts or Starter Templates to help you get started.  Go to File > New > Starter Templates.   See screenshot.
  • You can also purchase 3rd party tools for DW that help you build professional looking page layouts quickly and easily.

adobe exchnage: https://exchange.adobe.com

Although I'm not sure how useful that will be, you might be better looking at third party websites, as Dreamweaver has support for Bootstrap I'd say that Bootrap 4 templates might be a way to go - depending on your level of knowleadge?. Google Bootrap templates and you'll find 100s of free and paid Bootrap templates.

If you had at least a good grasp of HTML and CSS then non-Bootstrap/cleaner HTML/CSS templates will be better IMO.

A simple Google search brings up many sites with  templates. None run by Adobe though.
