Is there a marketplace where one can browse Dreamweaver Templates?
Ideally one run by Adobe? But, whatever.

What kind of Template are you looking for?
- DWT files are a proprietary template system that only works in Dreamweaver. Templates are used to spawn child pages for your site.

https://themeforest.net/ - All other templates are just code, layout and possibly a few stock images.
- The best templates are generally the ones you create yourself for your specific requirements. DW has several built-in layouts or Starter Templates to help you get started. Go to File > New > Starter Templates. See screenshot.
- You can also purchase 3rd party tools for DW that help you build professional looking page layouts quickly and easily.
