If your in the UK crystaltech can be very good for support, for a long tmie
I passed all my business to fasthosts.co.uk but were you to call there
support it was not unusual to wait for 10-15 min to speak to some one where
as calling crystaltech you speak to some one within 2 min at the longest,
also they have more of an advanced control panel. I have been with
crystaltech for 18 months now and am very very happy with them.

I have recently started using www.storminternet.com. I have found them pretty cheap with lots of extras on their servers. Customer service/tech support has also been very good.

www.godaddy.com
www.fluidhoisting.com

Use both but prefer fluidhosting because they cater to developers and I
can use enterprise manager remotely and their help desk people are not
ready from a script but have the underlying knowledge
