Issue with rollover images

Hi I'm having an issue with a website - we recently upgraded to Dreamweaver 18 and I'm having an issue with rollover images which will be used as hyperlinks.

When I add the rollover buttons in Dreamweaver they appear as broken images.

When I preview them in live view or in a browser they look fine.

Any ideas why they are appearing as broken images? see below

#1 Switch to Live view from your document toolbar.  see screenshot.

#2 Rename files without spaces or special characters.

#3 Validate your code and fix reported errors.  See screenshot.
