Issues connecting FTP server to Dreamweaver

I am trying to connect my Host Europe server locally through Adobe Dreamweaver 2021 (21.03 version). So far,  I tried to connect the server with FTP, SFTP and FTP over TLS, with no success.  The same error comes out after testing: "An FTP error occurred - cannot make connection to host. User limite reached or not authorized to make the connection due to local firewall blocking FTP data."

Is there any way to connect my server through Adobe Dreamweaver?

System specifications:

Mac Mini 2023

Chip Apple M2 Pro

macOS Sonoma 14.4.1

FileZilla is a superior S/FTP client.  If that fails to connect, then something is amiss outside of Dreamweaver.

Have you contacted your web host -- are you certain you have entered the correct Log-In credentials for your hosting plan?

A few other things to try in addition to an :

- The current version of DW is 21.4 you could try updating to that.

- The current version of Mac OS is 14.6.1 you could see if updating to the latest OS resolves any issues.

- Try disabling your local firewall and reconnecting

Try connecting with Filezilla, then use the same settings in Dreamweaver.
