any java developers still using dreamweaver these days?  i realize the server behaviors were dropped in cs4, but just curious as many people like dreamweaver for front end development compared to netbeans or eclipse to do the work.

The title of this forum category reads:

Dreamweaver Application Development : PHP/MySQL, ASP, ColdFusion

I didn't see Java listed anywhere in the category. Therefore your post is off topic which does not surprise me for the lack of responses.

It would be naive to think that there aren't any Java developers in the whole world that don't also use Dreamweaver. What is your realistic expectations of the topic you've posted within the Dreamweaver Application Development category you're posting in?

Perhaps if you directed your Java-specific inquires to a forum that focuses on Java development you would receive additional responses, but what you're asking here is equivalent to asking if any Dreamweaver users eat red meat in that it's irrelevant to the purpose and meaning of the specific discussion category (which is listed as PHP/MySQL, ASP, ColdFusion).

Meaningless rebuttals by you are useless to this thread and will most likely go unanswered for reasons that have already been mentioned in this post. Ask Java questions in a Java-specific forum and you may receive more desired responses related to Java development, yes?

I made the assumption that since many years of dreamweaver except for one version, cs4, supported jsp, that the application forum was still a safe place for java based application developers.  my greatest apologies to you, and all adobe forum users i have offended asking such a question.
