Just Installed Dreamweaver off CC - So Slow it's Not Usable

Own a web design / digital marketing company - computer specs are beast mode: Brand New Build with Perfect Cinebench Specs of 26000 on 18 cores. i9-10980XE, 128GB Ram @ 3200GHZ, Nvidia Quadro RTX 5000 16GB Video Card, 2 NVME 2GB in Raid 0. All on Win 10

With the above a Fresh Install of Dreamweaver runs extremely slow / low latency / extreme lag.

Please help- I need Dreamweaver to work! This monster runs Doom Eternal at 800FPS, please render DW without issues...

So I suppose I'm wasting my time with Dreamweaver nowadays? No support? This is crazy. I have switched to all available versions. I've restored my Quadro RTX 5000's settings to factory, changed them to a dozen different configurations. Tried all the suggestions I can find in this community. You send me links from OLD versions of DW. So I'm beginning to wonder if Adobe is still supporting Dreamweaver?

Your reaction is a bit overboard. Take a deep breath and have a look at what is going on.

Your first post was one week ago. A reply was made on the same day. Your reaction was three hours ago (a week later) and now you are complaining about not getting support.

PS, your other rants are being transferred to the Holding Room, they have no added value.

A bit overboard? The support is slim to none and production is on the line. I had an adobe account for 5 plus years with no issues then I fire it up with a new account and then it does not work really at all..

Thanks for writing to us. Can you please try resetting Dw app preferences by performing the steps mentioned in the below KB article and see if the issue gets resolved.

Also can you please confirm the workflow where the slowness is observed along-with Dw version number. We will further debug and investigate the issue accordingly.

That did not do anything.

I have Dreamweaver 21.1 on Windows 10 Pro (10.0.19042 Build 19042)

I see that many others are experiencing problems too. When will these things be fixed.. Everything here is brand new on a $10K computer system so I know the hardware is sufficient.

Expedited help would be appreciated or we're going to have to get rid of this program and find a new solution. Is the latest version completely jacked up? Should we all switch to the old version.

Hi Zeb,

Thanks for reverting on this and providing additional info. It would be great if we can have a remote connect session(details sent via private message) at a convenient time to you for debugging the issue and try fixing the same as the issue seems to be machine specific. We are not observing slowness with Dw 21.1 on Win 10 build 19042 internal machines.
