Kostenloses Creative Cloud-Abo kündigen

Hallo,

wie kann ich mein kostenloses Cloud-Abo kündigen, über das ich mir eine Dreamweaver Testversion kurzzeitig installiert hatte? Nachdem ich erkannt habe, dass das Abo nach 7 Tagen automatisch zu einem zahlungspflichtigen Abo wird, habe ich Dreamweaver wieder gelöscht und möchte auch das Cloud-Abo löschen! Leider funktioniert das Verfahren aus der Hilfe nicht, da ich das Abo nur Anzeigen oder Upgraden kann. Ich kann es aber nicht verwalten und dort dann kündigen. Trotz langer Suche kann ich keine Kontaktmöglichkeit zum Service finden über E-Mail, Kontaktformular oder Chat !?

Wie kann ich das Abo denn jetzt kündigen?

    Hallo,

    ich habe genau das gleiche Problem. Ich würde das Probe-Abo gerne kündigen, innerhalb der 7 Tage. Aber es erscheinen nur die Schaltflächen "anzeigen" lassen oder "upgraden". Kein "kündigen". Ich habe verschiedene Browser getestet und Cookies zugelassen und nichts blockiert. Aber immer das gleiche Bild.

    Wie kann man das lösen? Wurde es gelöst @albertz84670650 und wenn ja, wie?

    Please contact Adobe support. 

    Follow the steps 1-5 I posted above on Jan 4.

    Hello @albertz84670650,

     

    Sorry for your difficulty.  There is nothing to cancel until day 8 when your 7 day free trial converts to a paid subscription plan.  But not to worry as you have 14 days in which to cancel without penalty and receive a full refund.

     

    1. With a browser that accepts cookies and does not have script blockers, please log-in to your account portal below.  Click on Manage Plans > Cancel.

    2. If you still need help, scroll down to Contact Adobe on the same page.
    3. Online chat is available in English 24/7.
    4. In the chat box, type AGENT followed by enter key and wait for a human.
    5. Alternately, phone customer service M-F during normal business hours.

    Hi Nancy O'Shea,

    why do I have to wait until day 8, where the plan transforms to a paid subscription? I should be able to cancel the plan now! When I follow your steps shown above I cannot cancel (yet), because the page does not offer a "Manage Plan" button, but only a "show plan" button.

    Also there is no chat link working! If I hit the chat button I will always be refered to a "help page" which explains how to cancel a subscription and which does not work due to the above mentione "button problem".

    I want to cancel my "free subscription" now and not only in 7 days with most probably much problems, because I have not canceled in time. So please tell me how I can cancel the "free subscrption"

    I have no trouble finding the cancel option in my portal, perhaps it's different for you in your region.  At any rate, please follow the steps I gave you 1  - 5 for reaching out to Adobe support.
