    Hi CherryBlast143,

Am copying from this document. Adjust the install language | CCM

    Adobe Application Manager

If you're on an older operating system, you continue to use Adobe Application Manager to manage your applications. Use the instructions below to specify language settings.

Use the Adobe Application Manager to change the user interface language of a Creative Cloud application:

    1. Click your name in the upper-left corner of the application and choose Preferences.
    2. Choose a different language.

Note: This setting affects newly installed applications through the Creative Cloud and the Adobe Application Manager. To change the user interface language of currently installed applications, uninstall them and reinstall using the Adobe Application Manager.

Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks,

    Preran
