Hi,

Is there any straight forward way to change the language in an already working Dw installation?

Such that all tools change from English to French in no time? And then back another day?

    You can change languages for Creative Cloud versions, but not in older Creative Suite versions, it's not a simple preference change though.

     

    You would need to uninstall your current CC version, then change the language preference in your Creative Cloud Desktop App. Then reinstall the program through the app with the new language setting.

    1. Uninstall your current version of DW

    2. Open the CC Desktop App 

    3. Go to File > Preferences

    4. Click Apps in the left sidebar

    5. Change the Default Install Language dropdown menu to the one you want

    6. Click Done

    7. Click the Apps tab in the topbar

    8. Scroll down and click the Install button for DW
