Hello,

Is it possible to manually update/upgrade the version of Less.js used in Dreamweaver (v. 2.2.0 according to Using CSS preprocessors in Dreamweaver? This version was released on Jan. 4, 2015—a lot of features have been added since then.

Regards,

Charles

Correct answer BenPleysier

If you are a normal user of Less, then the difference between v2 and v3 of Less should not affect you, most of the differences refer to fixing problems not adding features.

If you are a power user, I suggest that you use Prepros instead of Dreamweaver's built-in Less compiler.

Hi, BenPleysier:

Thanks for your reply. This built-in feature of Dreamweaver is really convenient and I hope Adobe will update it, but I will consider your suggestion in the meantime.
