line height between wrapped line of icons on mobile view

Hi,

The row of icons wraps when it hits mobile phone view where there is an undesirable gap of space between these two lines.

Cannot recall how to specifically target and control them in order to reduce the space of the gap within this screen view.

Can you suggest anything?
