Line Spacing

Use CSS -

To change the space between lines within a single paragraph of text, specify
the line-height style, e.g.,
(inline CSS used for clarity)

<p style="line-height:0.8;">Now is the time for all good men to come to the
aid of the party. Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of the
party. Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of the party. Now
is the time for all good men to come to the aid of the party. Now is the
time for all good men to come to the aid of the party. Now is the time for
all good men to come to the aid of the party. Now is the time for all good
men to come to the aid of the party.</p>
(these lines will be 80% as far apart as would the lines in a non-styled
paragraph)

To change the space between adjacent paragraphs of text, specify the
top/bottom margins of the <p> tag/

<p style="margin-bottom:.5em;">Now is the time for all good men to come to
the aid of the party. Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of
the party. Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of the party.
Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of the party. Now is the
time for all good men to come to the aid of the party. Now is the time for
all good men to come to the aid of the party. Now is the time for all good
men to come to the aid of the party.</p>
<p style="margin-top:.5em;">Now is the time for all good men to come to the
aid of the party. Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of the
party. Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of the party. Now
is the time for all good men to come to the aid of the party. Now is the
time for all good men to come to the aid of the party. Now is the time for

These paragraphs, whose lines will be the default distance apart, will be
only half as far apart as unstyled paragraphs.
