Link is different color

Hello. For some reason, when I create new links in the "skat News and Updates" area, they are turning out dark green instead of the bright green like the other links. I have looked at the code and there doesn't seem to be any difference. Can anyone tell me what the issue is? They are appearing this way on different devices.

    Your other bright green links are wrapped in <h4></h4> tags, so wrap your new links in <h4></h4> tags and get rid of the <br><br> tags - heading tags are block level elements and will sit on their own line without the need to add <br> tags

    Change this:

      - Need assistance? <a href="modifications.html">Reasonable Modifications </a>are available for riders.<br />
      <br />

    To this:

     <h4>- Need assistance? <a href="modifications.html">Reasonable Modifications </a>are available for riders.</h4>
