The link above works fine for me.

While the "named anchor" is considered an obsolete method for linking to specific content, it will still work, I believe in every browser. The more current method would be to link to HTML ids that are placed within the elements you want to link to....

<div id="flexible">
     all of your content
</div>

<a href="yourpage.html#flexible">Link to flexible</a>
