Linked Source Code not Showing Up - Dreamweaver

My "link href" and "script src" calls to my  CSS and JS files are not showing up in Dreamweaver. They now show a title "Source Code" or they show nothing at all.

I've never had this issue in the 10 years I've been using Dreamweaver. I uninstalled it and restarted but the same problem is still happening. I'm running/testing my files locally. I the picture I attached my html is the first "Source Code", the second "Source Code" should be my "styles.css", and my "index.js" is not show at all. The rest are animation code libraries. Any help would be appreciated. I'm running the latest Dreamweaver CC
