Lionstone - A big plea for help!

Hi Lionstone,

My apologies for targeting you personally but I am in great need of help
with some T-SQL and as I always admire and respect your advice on this forum
I can think of no better person to ask.

I have a piece of quite tricky SQL that needs extra functionality adding to
it and I cannot think how I can do it. I have been struggling with this for
about a week now and just going round in circles. The problem is that the
SQL is reliant certain datasets being in the correct tables for it to
produce the desired resultset. I have copied the data to textfiles and have
the DDL for the table structure ready to go. One of the textfiles is quite
large though (about 4mb) and cannot be scaled down as this will have big
effects on the resultset.

All of this of course discounts dealing with this problem on this forum as
there is no way to get such a large dataset there. I am therefore asking if
you would mind looking at this problem personally. As I said, I have the DDL
and textfiles etc. ready to send if you are in agreeance with this.

You can let me know your response by replying to this post or directly to
myself on:

victoriaroad33a@hotmail.co.uk

Many, many thanks for your time.

Lee.

I've had a long day here at work, so I'm just seeing your message. My mail
address for the forum works (lionstone@HIDEhushmailHIDE.com), just remove
the HIDEs. You can send the files there.

I don't have access to a DB installation until Monday, but I'll be happy to
look at it then.
