Live veiw with Dreamweaver 2021, php and MAMP

I use MAMP to provide a local server to test php code on a web site.  This has worked fine up until I upgraded to Dreamweaver 2021.  Now, I can not get .php files to diplay.  Even a test file with the '.php' name and only html code will not display.

I use MAMP 5 (and 6) on an iMac running Mojave (10.14.6).

I have tested my site in Dreamweaver 2019, 2020 and 2021.  It works fine with 2019 and 2020 but will not display any php code in 2021.

Is there a configuration that I need to change? Or, something else?

Thanks.

    Hi @Nick Birkett,

Is your site defined correctly including the local testing server?  If not, you can import the site definition settings from a previous version.  Go to Site > Manage Sites > Export site definition settings to STE file and save to a safe place.  Close old version. Open latest version and Import site definition settings file.

    Hope that helps.

Thanks.   The site is defined correctly.  A really strange think is that the 'live view' is now working correctly for the site that was not working when I posted this morning.  I changed nothing.  It just started displaying.

Gremlins or maybe a sleepy GPU.  Sometimes restarting DW or toggling between Live & Design view with Ctrl + Shift + F11 will wake up the GPU.

In any case, glad it's working now.
