Live View Won't Refresh

I'm having a problem with Live View not refreshing after I make changes. I can save the file, go view the changes in a browser, come back to Dreamweaver, and the live view still hasn't refreshed. F5 doesn't make a difference. Sometimes going in and out of design view a time or two will make live view refresh. I'm guessing that Dreamweaver is getting hung up on a background process and not finishing the refresh, but I can't know for sure. Is there a quick way to get Live View to work as well as it did in CS3?

Only rename or delete the cache folder at

Users-UserName-AppData-Roaming-Adobe-Dreamweaver CC 2018-en_US(or the language configured folder)-Configuration-Cef

at this route only rename the folder cache or delete it.

Can you please try restaring DW and then check if Live View refreshes?

Which version of DW are you using?

Switch to Design View from the drop-down on your Document Toolbar.

Live view takes more resources. CS3 did not have an editable Live View.
