[LOCKED] Dreamweaver 4 [End of Life]

Thanks to everyone that gave help. I have found a free product called Kompozer that does what I need.

try a virtual machine... but as @Ben M and @Nancy OShea whay running such an old piece of software ?

Do you really mean DW4 released in 2000.  Or do you mean Creative Suite 4  from 2008?

Either way, compatibility with a new computer is unlikely if not impossible.

Besides, discontinued & outdated web authoring software is no value to anyone in 2021.  The web has changed too much. Best advice is to get modern software that's compatible with your new computer.

Dreamweaver 4 is over 20 years old and unfortunately will not run on any modern PC that I am aware of unless you run virtualization software and run an older OS (Win ME/2000/XP or Mac OS 9/X (10.0)).
