Looking for an example of an extension which works on idle with registerIdleHander()

I'm pretty sure if I had an example of an extension which used the registerIdleHander() function, I could create a new extension which does what I want.

Are there example blank or almost-blank extensions somewhere, as in all the packaging of a Dreamweaver extension with  'hello world' type examples?
