Looking for extension for PHP using MSSQL

Is there any extension can let me connect to the MSSQL in PHP environment, and using the DW PHP application well, I used PHAkt before, but it's only support DW 8, I need it support CS4 or CS5.

I have not developed the pdo extension further due to 'lack-of-feedback'. As far as I know there is no other extension available that may be of use to you.
