I am looking for cheapest web hosting services. I come across Won Domains [spam link removed by moderator] who are claiming that they have the best hosting services. Anyone have experiences?

You'll need to shop and compare.   Cheap hosting isn't necessarily a bargain.  You usually end up "paying" for it in other ways which can cost you more in the long run.  PC Magazine's Best Web Hosting comparison

...other things to think about...

How secure do you need your site to be?
Do you care about third party ads?
How much tracking do you want to have access to?
Do you care if third parties track your site's usage?
Do you expect your site to grow (in MB)?

With hosting, you do generally get what you pay for.

It would probably help to know what you are looking for in particular, "cheapest" doesn't tell us much about what you actually need. There are a range of hosting companies that will work perfectly for a given task, with a range of costs that go from "cheap" to "ridiculously expensive" for the same thing.

What kind of traffic are you expecting?
Do you want dedicated or shared hosting?
How important are remote backups of your site?
Do you need database solutions like MySQL or content management systems like WordPress?
How large is your site (in MB)?
