Mail form or mail form extension

Knowing only enough to be dangerous I need to keep things simple. Is there and extension with the bells and whistles more or less ready to go with minimum work, available to create an email form on a Dreamweaver site? I have used the program enough to know what I don't know.

Ask your hosting provider which form-to-email processing scripts you can use with your hosting plan. Some web hosts provide scripts you can use. Others don't.

If your server supports PHP scripts, hosting providers recommend PHP Mailer. It's secure, reliable and it conceals your email address from robot harvesters and spambots.

If setting up a contact form & script is above your pay grade, use a 3rd party form service like Wufoo.com or JotForm.com. All the form processing is performed on their servers, not yours.
